The hotel is convenient and huge with nice staff. The breakfast is very tasty and outstanding with a wide array of dishes. The service is top-notch, includes free parking. The property provides free Wi-Fi throughout.

Stayed there for trip and had a perfect 10/10 experience, so I will be back. The hotel was clean based in an elegant style building with excellent staff. The location for Memphis was particularly good, close to the local eateries and the bar/restaurant, goo d range on the menu and the Liberty Bowl. It also was in the Holiday Inn airport shuttle.

Absolutely nothing.

The room itself was modern and spotless with laundry and clean linens, as for instance as advertised.

A great way to wrap up my trip, I'd give it a solid 10/10. This place has a cool and modern vibe, and the first-floor rooms are all fresh and new. The location is top-notch, super close to everything you need - the conference center, the bar/restaurant, and all the main spots. 🌟

The breakfast food was delicious and diverse, with a great location close to a bar/restaurant, and the Holiday Inn Memphis Airport-Conf Center.

Not a single complaint for this place! A little more than 5 minute can ride from the airport but it has everything you need. Shuttle driver was also very knowledge about the area

Staff was very friendly

No hot water, key cards weren't working and there was no liquor license. I also had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport.

Spacious rooms with a cool balcony overlooking the lobby. The new furniture gives a fresh vibe, great for business trips 👍. The staff is friendly and you can check-in early. Ideal for work and relaxation!

It was a place to lay my head at night

Will never stay there again I will sleep in my car over priced noizy to be a holiday and I feel that breakfast should be included.

The hotel only has one freakin elevator too many rooms to only have one elevator had to walk all around around the hotel with luggages.

Quiet place with new-fashioned rooms, comfy beds. Lots of very tasty breakfast options. Extra care from the nice and welcoming staff. Location close to the airport, local eateries, and areas in Memphis.

I would like to express my disappointment in your hotel. My husband and I checked into the hotel on Saturday May 7, 2016 our check out was Sunday, May 8, 2016. We did not bring our belongings up to our room because we were there for my husbands football game and were in a rush. So when we finally came back to the hotel at 9:00 pm we went to our room and could not get into the room. The security guard asked us if we had the right room we said yes it was wrote down on our key packet. He than asked what color was the light we said red. He than said we need you to come down they will assist us. So than the door we were at started knocking from the inside. We told security that there is someone in our room. His assistant than laughed about it and got us a new key and said they put us down for the wrong room. Your employee did bring us a new key and the staff continue to laughed about it. To us this was not funny since we traveled all day and were in the sun all day. We than were woke up by someone seeing if they could clean the room and said she would come back. We woke up and went to breakfast which your server was very pleasant and we did enjoy her services. My husband and I than went up stairs to get dress and than again your staff banged on the door as I open the door she rudely asked if I was checking out late or what. I said check out is not until 11:00 am and we will be gone by that time. Besides your staff not being professional our room was not clean. Our tub had a ring of dirt around it and one of towels still had someones makeup on them. The fridge that was suppose to be in the room was not the room it was just an empty space. I will not be staying at this hotel and will be giving the same review. I would expect more form your chain and would think you would cater to your guest a little more.

No hot water in the first room when moved to the second room water was scalding hot even when running cold water. Drains did not work as well as heat in first room. A total refund would be appropriate
